These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Rabona regarding your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”). You agree that by accessing the Application, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.


   Additional terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Application from time to time also form part of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We may alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted, changes in any
Revised terms and conditions for your continued use of the Application after the date of posting of these revised Terms.


   The service provided by the Application is not intended for use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Application from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws apply.

  1. eSIM service
    Rabonaconnect.com sells prepaid eSIMs with data service plans based on eSIM technology (the “Service”).
  2. Registration
       2.1. The Customer can register for the Service via our Web, in our Rabona App.
       2.2. The customer must provide their first and last name and a verifiable email address to register.
       2.3. The customer must accept the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy to register for the Service
  3. Purchase and activation
    3.1. Rabona may limit the availability of plans in some countries. Customers can search, select and purchase our plans on our website, Rabona app.
       3.2. By purchasing the Service, customers acknowledge that they have an unlocked eSIM compatible device, which is a prerequisite for the Service.         3.3. Upon purchase, customers must download the eSIM onto the customer device to set up data plans as per their order. The downloaded eSIM will remain on your device after the credit is spent or your plan expires. Customers can choose to remove the eSIM in the phone settings at any time, but we advise the customer not to remove the eSIM until the plan has expired or has expired. 3.4. To implement the Service, the customer must first download the eSIM and then activate the data plan attached to the eSIM for the service to begin. This eSIM download and plan activation may require a stable internet connection.
  4. Duration and termination  

4.1. The Service will begin immediately after downloading the eSIM and activating the data plan associated with the eSIM.

4.2. The duration of the Service will be in accordance with the terms of the purchased plan.
   4.3. The Service will end upon full consumption of the plan or expiration of the plan term, whichever occurs first.
   4.4. Rabona may suspend the Customer's use of the Service in the event of a breach of the Customer's obligations mentioned below, with or without notice. Rabona reserves the right to terminate the accounts of any Customer if Customer attempts to use Rabona credits, promotions for the Services (the “Program”) in an objectionable manner or violates any of these Terms and Conditions or violates any law , statute or government regulation.
5 Engagement
   5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rabona will take reasonable steps to make the Service available at all times, depending on our and/or our service provider's ability to maintain network capacity and connection availability. However, because Rabona relies on technology and networks provided by its partners, Rabona cannot guarantee network coverage, quality or availability of the Service.
   5.2. Rabona partners with other entities to provide the Service. Rabona has no obligation to inform the customer if he uses the services of such partners.
   5.3. Service availability depends on the ability of our partners to maintain network capacity and connection availability, for which there are no guarantees
6 Customer obligations
   6.1. Customer agrees to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to be responsible for all use of the Service.
   6.2. Customer agrees to submit true, accurate and complete registration information and to keep such information updated.
   6.3. The Customer agrees to keep the password confidential and will be responsible for all use of the account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a selected username if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is objectionable.
  6.4. The Customer agrees to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the country of origin, the country of residence and the country in which the Customer is present.
   6.5. The Customer agrees that the Service will be used exclusively for personal consumption.
   6.6. Customers agree that the Service shall not be used to engage in any action that is abusive, illegal or fraudulent or that causes harm or damage to the Network.
   6.7. Customer agrees that Rabona may suspend the Service if it fails to comply with the foregoing obligations, and that Customer will remain liable and pay all charges due under these Terms and Conditions in connection with the suspended Services. Please note that any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Services may violate criminal and civil laws. Rabona reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
7. Payment Terms
   7.1. The customer can register and purchase the eSIM on the Rabona app and on www.rabonaconnect.com
   7.2. All eSIMs are prepaid and prices include any indirect taxes unless otherwise specified.
   7.3. Indirect Taxes means sales tax, value added tax, and any other similar fees or taxes imposed by government entities at the time of sale of the Plans.
8. Returns and refunds policy
   8.1. Customers will be charged at the time of purchasing the eSIM.
   8.2. Customers may request a refund or change before installing and activating the eSIM or there is a known technical issue originating from Rabona after activating the eSIM.
8.3.Any complaints or comments about the Service can be sent to the support team via a message composed to the mobile app Help Center, or to the email address help@rabonaconnect.com.
8.4. Rabona reserves the right to refuse any refund if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions or any other fraudulent activity connected to the use of Rabona products and services
8.5. In the event of unauthorized purchases, Rabona advises that the case will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. Rabona reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity.

8.6. In the case of accidental purchases once the customer installs the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refunds will be offered.

  9. Applicable law and legal compliance
9.1. This Agreement and any wrongdoing arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Italy, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts established therein.
   9.2. Other rules, regulations and mandatory laws of other states or countries may also apply to your use of the Services.
   9.3. We may be required to collect certain personal information from you to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. If we request such information from you and indicate that this is for legal or regulatory compliance, you agree to provide us with the true and accurate information requested. Our use of your personal information is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy (see below).
10. Intellectual Property Rights
   Unless otherwise indicated, the website and Application are proprietary to us, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Application (collectively, the “Content ”), and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and Marks are provided on the Application “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Application and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
If you are entitled to use the Web Application and the Mobile Application, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Application and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your use personal and non-commercial. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in the Website, App, Content and Marks.
   11. Privacy Policy
   We take our customers' privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy available on mobile devices and website. By using the Application, you accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
   You may be required to disclose your personal data when required to do so by a valid order of an authorized government official or a court order. By registering for the Services, you consent to such disclosures, including potentially to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the United States.
